Rockstar games latest addition to its grand theft auto series, GTA V was released on 17th Sept 2013 for PS3 and Xbox 360. During the release and even before it, rockstar did not stated any information about its PC version as well as the next gen console release.
According to a recent and latest rumor, GTA V has been in the news from sometime now that the game could see its final release for the PC version during march 2014. The next gen console date is also rumored to be announced within a day or two i.e 24th december 2013. Rockstar, has nothing to comment on this high in stats rumor, but many other sources, reddit even is full of discussions.
According to a German Facebook page who posted a screenshot of an Amazon chat stating that the game would release on the 12th of March 2014 in the USA, with an announcement on the 24th of December 2013.
A very famous online petition is also continously running on change.org , where it requests the game developers to release the game on pc. Initiated by a canadian account holder Mike Julliard, it has witnessed online 645 K supporters as of now, and is still asking for more and more signatures to force rockstar to create the game for pc .
Perhaps, after a month of the console versions release of the game, rockstar was asked about their PC plans of the game, and rockstar mentioned that the pc version is up for consideration. This is what they stated during the release, with no further comments.
