A new name, Satya Nadella is a "good supporter" of Xbox.
Bill Gates, a very well known figure at Microsoft as former chairman and a renowned social worker quits the chair as the conglomerate's new CEO Satya Nadella takes the position to lead with expectations of giant leaps ahead.
Bill gates, although leaves will still continue as the technology advisor at Microsoft.
Nadella is the third CEO in the company's history and guess what, he is a "good supporter" of Xbox.
According to Microsoft studios excecutive Phil Spencer, Nadella is a "good supporter" of Microsoft's gaming business, Xbox . Spencer admired Nadella and wished for studio's successfull future prospects under his eye.
"Congrats to Satya Nadella on becoming new Microsoft CEO," Spencer, who heads up all game development for Xbox, said on Twitter. "Good leader, good guy, and will be a great CEO."
Spencer added, "He's been a good supporter of Studios and Xbox,".
Satya Nadella is of Indian origin, belongs to the sourthen part of the country. He completed his engineering graduate degree in India, before he moved to the US for further studies in Master in Business Administration and M.S ( Computer Science).
Nadella took the position as the new CEO at Microsoft on February 4, 2014.
Spencer, the company's excecutive replied to a fan on twitter stating "I'm in favor of selling a lot of Xboxes." This statement could definitely be interpretated differently indeed.Perhaps, only Spencer would know what it means.
