Though Grand Theft Auto V did not come to PC as of now, it does not mean that the game could not be experienced on PC.
Jonathan Gustafsson is a GTA modder who recreated GTA V's environment in GTA IV via iCEnhancer and other modding tweaks and tricks.Jonathan has used the iCEnhancer Natural Tweak II mod by buzz, still GTA IV lacks the full potential of the lighting system due to its lighting deficiency.

The modding spreads over an entire range of environment, cars, people and other graphic elements in the game.
This attempt is a great success to the modder and players can experience GTA V in GTA IV to some extent until GTA V is officially released for pc.
